Our ideal candidate looks like this:

Proven track record as a T-shaped engineer.

Strong experience with Linux environments (Debian and Redhat administration, scripting and security).

Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD (GitLab CI) and Certificate Management.

Experience scripting and interacting with APIs using Bash, Python, or Ruby.

Experience building and maintaining on premise and cloud-based Kubernetes environments (multi-tenant clusters)

Strong knowledge of Kubernetes networking and security:

Cluster and Workload Hardening,
-
Experience with Cilium (or other CNI)

Nginx Ingress Controller
-
Storage solutions such as Portworx
-

Experience securing containerized environments and Kubernetes clusters.

Technical Application Management: building containers, Docker, Helm charts, troubleshooting applications, and automation.

Experience with database performance tuning and troubleshooting (MySQL, MongoDB).

Expertise in monitoring and observability tools (Cilium, Hubble, DataDog).
-
Strong troubleshooting skills: ability to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and security issues across a complex landscape.

Architecture, Leadership & Collaboration:

Ability to create high- and low-level designs (pre/post-sales).

Experience conducting technical workshops and writing clear technical documentation.

Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
