Schuberg Philis is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to join our Backbone team.

As a Functional Business Analyst at Schuberg Philis, you will work alongside our experienced team to:
- Application Support: Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for applications, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
- Application Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the full lifecycle management of applications, including deployment, updates, and decommissioning.
- Performance Optimization: Collaborate with technical teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks and improve application efficiency.
- Incident Management: Participate in incident resolution, escalation, and root cause analysis, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to applications, configurations, and incident resolution processes.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing updates and insights on application status.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance application management efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure applications comply with relevant security, compliance, and governance policies.
The following skills and experience will support you in being successful in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of application management concepts and technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- English and Dutch language skills: You are comfortable working in an environment where the main language is English, yet many of your stakeholders and colleagues are Dutch.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm: A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
